In the State of Florida, Ferran holds certified licenses in three trades: Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing. This, combined with the fact that we have an on-site sheet metal fabrication shop in our Volusia office, allows us to provide you with coordinated construction services for industrial buildings, hospitals, manufacturers, educational and governmental facilities, communication sites and office buildings.
We have consistently been awarded industry-recognized safety and "Excellence in Construction" awards. An example of Ferran's coordinated expertise is our Headquarters Office building which has won many awards, including the "Eagle" Award for Excellence in Construction from ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors), the "Auora" Award from SEBC (Southeast Building Conference), and the "Golden Brick" Award from the Downtown Orlando Partnership. In addition, we recently won the Platinum STEP (Safety Training Evaluation Process) Award from Associated Builders and Contractors.
